Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Soocket processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
We process account details such as your name, email, language, workspace membership, and security records. When you connect devices, we process device identifiers, configuration, telemetry, events, command state, automations, alerts, and connectivity timestamps. Payment gateways send us transaction status and reference numbers; Soocket does not store your bank-card details.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the dashboard and mobile app, deliver commands and notifications, retain history according to your plan, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, verify payments, and improve reliability.
Device data and responsibility
You decide which devices and signals are connected. Do not publish secrets or personal information as telemetry unless it is necessary and you have a lawful basis. Workspace owners control access for their members.
Sharing and processors
We share only the information required with infrastructure, notification, and payment providers that help deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security of users and the platform.
Storage, security, and retention
We use access controls, encrypted web connections, hashed credentials, audit records, and operational monitoring. No system is risk-free. Device history follows the configured retention period; account, payment, and security records may be retained longer where required for support, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Cookies and local storage
The web panel uses cookies or browser storage for authentication, language, interface preferences, and push-notification registration. The public landing pages do not require an account.
Your choices
You can update account and workspace information, remove devices, revoke member access, disable notifications, and request correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Some transaction and security records cannot be immediately removed when retention is legally or operationally required.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions or requests, contact support through the Soocket panel. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised update date.
